Day 9 - Rest Day - Missoula, MT

What a great town. I could definitely live here. I got to know it pretty well riding about 12.5 miles around town to different bike shops. Some people hiked up to the big "M" on the mountain at the edge of town and camped up there last night. They said it was amazing, but they didn't get much sleep. Had amazing vegetarian Indian food for dinner and the best chai tea I've ever had. Lots of sorbet too! Instead of getting a new saddle, I got the ghetto version. A bike shop in town duct taped some foam onto my saddle! They said once my bones are no longer sore and bruised, I should be able to take the padding of layer by layer and get my butt used to my saddle. If it doesn't work by Billings, I will be buying a new cushy saddle. The ghetto set up wasn't that bad. I ordered some really nice densly cushioned shorts too. They will arrive in Billings on the next rest day. Didn't get to my laundry or blogging until about 9:30pm. It is now midnight and I am finally caught up. I am really going to regret this tomorrow though! I've been going to sleep at about 9 pm on ride nights and I am on breakfast set up tomorrow morning. It's going to be a very long day! Having a wonderful time though and really enjoying getting to know everyone better!! This is truly an amazing experience!
